The Neoteric-Marxist manifesto
Marxism has been, for centuries, the most widely accepted anti-capitalist analysis. It has influenced the likes of Anarchism, Socialism, Marxism-Leninism and so many other “Leftist” ideologies. But what if Marx was wrong? What if those centuries of leftist ideological development was all moving in the wrong direction? Marxist leftism has existed for so long, but yet achieved so little, it was and is failure, after failure after failure.
And after considering all of this, I think it’s time to call “Marxism” and “Marxist Leftism” what it really is: Paleo-Marxism. The roots of those ideologies are rotten and based on a worldview that was only achievable in the 19th century, but now two of them have passed and we are here, living in a terrible monster called neo-liberal capitalism.
It is time to unplug grandpa Marx, let him go, and find new ideas, a new Marxism:
Neoteric-Marxism.
Neoteric-Marxism attempts to look at the anti-capitalist struggle with a new perspective, one that can replace the old conceptions of Paleo-Marxism. Instead of constantly building on the rotting corpse of Marx’s works, we are building a new foundation, for further ideas to be built upon.
The Bourgeois class struggle
Marxism and it’s descendants have always said that the only way to fight capitalism is via a proletarian uprising, but this is simply untrue, every attempt at a worker’s uprising has resulted in either a crushing defeat or a long and slow degeneration into capitalism, revolutionary Catalonia, the USSR, China, name a Marxist project and you can see resounding failure to bring about communism, the power of capital is simply too strong, so I have decided to look the other way:
Gentrification of reality
Instead of the proletariat rising up against the monolith that is Neo-Liberal capitalism, I have deemed more reasonable to try and “gentrify reality”, this is somewhat of an odd term to name this concept but I’ll explain.
By abolishing the proletariat, you are left with only one class, an omniclass if you will, this class structure is very unstable, as for the bourgeoisie to exist, it must have another class to exploit, be it the proletariat, slaves or serfs, and without that structure of exploitation, the framework of capitalism simply “Implodes” and collapses into a Communist society.
The bourgeois, now the only class, dissolves, turning society into a classless society, and without class the state simply stops being functional and it too becomes obsolete. And as a beautiful bow to tie this whole affair up, money loses practicality, as there is no longer a workforce to exploit, there is no need for the commodity form, and according to Marx’s definition of communism “A stateless, classless, moneyless society”, we have indeed, achieved communism.
The two forms of gentrification

There is two mains way to “gentrify reality”, upwards gentrification, and downwards gentrification. The two are near opposites but result in the same thing, societal implosion and then communism.
The first one, Upwards gentrification, is achieved by swelling the ranks of the bourgeoisie, and phasing out the proletariat, until there is only one omniclass left and society implodes on its own.
The second one, Downwards gentrification, is achieved by doing the opposite, destroying the means of production. Once the means of production are destroyed, both the proletariat and the bourgeois no longer have a relation to the means of production, and society implodes.
Regardless of how you achieve gentrification and implosion, those are nowadays the only realistic ways to defeat capitalism, and without this new framework, we will never escape capital and be doomed to live under it’s thumb until the demise of humanity.
A few last words
This text was first and foremost written to set in stone a foundation to the bourgeoning ideology that is Neoteric-Marxism, up until then the ideology was full of fundamental contradictions and had no real direction. Finally we can have something to refer to when in doubt of what Neoteric-Marxism really is about, the rest, is up to interpretation.
